Rules and Regulations
1) Display items must be on a skirted table if not free standing; small items may not be set on the street.
2) Each Vendor is responsible for his own set-up and display; no tables and/or chairs will be provided by Festival Sponsors.
3) Special requests for locations cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability and layout.
4) No early breakdowns allowed.
5) Approximately one week prior to the event, you will be notified of your booth space. If you are not familiar with the Town of Boykins or are unsure of where your space is located, on the day of the event you may call 757-535-6813 for additional information.
Sponsors reserve the right to deny any application.
Agreement
If my application is accepted, I understand and agree that I will not hold the Sponsors of the Pumpkin Festival (Boykins Main Street Initiative or the Town of Boykins) responsible for any damages to my property or personal injury to me or any member of my family or any of my guests in attendance. I further agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Boykins Pumpkin Festival Sponsors.
